Aker Model 618 D.M.S. Light/Cuff Combo Paddle Pouch. The Aker Model 618 D.M.S. Light/Cuff Case conveniently combines a SureFire 6P, Streamlight Stinger Scorpion or Strion flashlight and handcuffs in an optional quick on/quick off paddle unit.

The user can convert this paddle unit into a slide-on pouch for belts up to 1 3/4" wide.

In designing this unique line of D.M.S. "Dual Mounting System" pouches, Aker took into consideration the user who appreciates the traditional slide-on pouch, as well as those who prefer the paddle style. The user can convert this paddle unit into a slide-on pouch for belts up to 1 3/4" by simply removing the two allen head screws with the included allen wrench.

• Features 2 adjustable tension screws
