| Answer: | Black text is a viable option on a multicam patch, but in our experience sometimes it blends in making the text slighlty less visible/readable. Gold and white text are other great text color options we offer that work well with a multicam backing. |

Safariland QLS Blackhawk T Series Holster Compatibility | |
| Question: | Can you attach a Safariland QLS to a Blackhawk T-Series holster? |
| Answer: | No, unfortunately the screw hole patterns don't align preventing you from adding any Safariland product to a Blackhawk holster without an after market third-party adaptor. CopQuest does not carry these adaptors because we can't gaurentee the structural safety of any third-party adaptor. |
Safariland RDS Holster Options for 2011 Style Pistols | |
| Question: | I'm looking for a holster for my Springfield Prodigy with a 4.25" barrel length and a TLR light, but without an optic cut (RDS). Do you have any options available? |
| Answer: | For 2011 style pistols such as yours, Safariland only makes RDS holsters. The Safariland 6360RDS, 6390RDS, and the 6390RDSO are available options. Please note these RDS holsters will work with your firearm even if an optic is not attached. |

Safariland Light-Bearing Holster with no light yet | |
| Question: | Will the Safariland 7378RDS still work for me if I don't have a light yet? I'm hoping to put the Streamlight TLR-7 HL-X on my firearm. |
| Answer: | Yes it will. Safariland light-bearing holsters such as the 7378RDS have a barrel plug which aid the holster in retaining a firearm; especially those without WML (Weapon Mounted Lights) attached. RDS holsters such as the 7378RDS also do not require an optic be installed onto the firearm. As far as light fits, all of Streamlight’s TLR-7 lights excluding the TLR-7 sub share the same size and profile. |

Holster for Sig P226 X5 with RDS and Light | |
| Question: | What Safariland Level III holster do you recommend for my Sig P226 X5 with an RDS and weapon light? |
| Answer: | Unfortunately Safariland does not make the holster you are looking for. They produce a 6280 Level II holster that will fit a weapon light, but not an optic. You can add a sentry guard to make the 6280 into a Level III duty holster, but it still won't work with an optic. Trijicon RMR-HD sight for my full size Sig P320 | |

Glock 19 Safariland Holster Fit | |
| Question: | I have a Glock 19 Gen 5 MOS with a Holosun 507c and a TLR7A light. What Safariland Level I holster will fit my Glock? |
| Answer: | For your Glock 19 Gen 5 MOS with the Streamlight TLR-7A and Holosun 507c, you’ll need a holster with center code 28327 as this is the correct fit Safariland has designated for your firearm. So on our website, once you’ve selected which holster model you would like, click the dropdown menu and scroll down till you see “Glock 19 MOS , 45 MOS Gen 4-5 w/TLR-7". The 6390RDS is a popular Level I option that will accomodate your optic. |

Availability of Safariland Holster for Glock Model 20 with TLR 1 HL Light | |
| Question: | I need a holster for my Gen 3 Glock 20 with a TLR-1 HL light. Does Safariland make a Level 1 RDS holster that just comes with the QLS Fork? I'd prefer this holster to be wrapped in the Cordura finish. |
| Answer: | Safariland does not make RDS holsters for the Glock 20. If you don't need an optic, the 6390 ALS holster is a Level 1 holster that comes with hte QLS Fork attached. At this time that holster is unavailable in the Cordura finish. |

Compatibility of Safariland 7TS 7000 Series Holster with Glock Models | |
| Question: | Is a Bianchi 7000 the right size holster for a Glock 23? |
| Answer: | Any Bianchi or Safariland 7TS 7000 series holster with a center code 2835 will accommodate Glock 23 Gen 5. Ceter code 2825 will accommodate Glock 23 Gen 3-4. |
Optic Cover Removal | |
| Question: | Can you remove the dust cover on the Safariland 7000 Series holsters? |
| Answer: | Yes, you can remove the dust/optic cover from the Safariland 7000 Series holsters. First, remove the optic cover by twisting it to the side until the round post pops out of the receptacle. Next, find the Small Roller that came in your holster kit and snap it in where the dust cover was. |
Blackhawk T-Series Holster Weapon Light TLR-7A | |
| Question: | Does the Blackhawk T-Series holster for the TLR-7/8 also fit the TLR-7A? |
| Answer: | Yes. Blackhawk T-Series light-bearing holsters designed for the TLR-7/8 weapon mounted lights will also work with the TLR-7A/7X/8A lights. The only light that may not be compatible is the TLR-7 Sub as it has a slightly different profile. |
Blackhawk T-Series Glock 19x Fit | |

| Answer: | Yes, due to the barrel plug, Safariland 6000 series RDS holsters can still accommodate firearms without the light and optic. |
Holosun 509T Optic | |
| Question: | I bought a M&P 2.0 5 inch and I'm planing on putting a Holosun 509T optic with a Surefire X300U as the weapon light. Would the Safariland 6360RDS be compatible with it? |
| Answer: | Yes, Safariland does produce a fit for your firearm, light, and optic combination in the 6360RDS holster. Once on the page, select your firearm, holster finish and draw hand from the dropdown menu. |

| Answer: | Based on the information provided, the following Safariland holster part numbers should work best for your firearm; 6280-56-XXX, 6285-56-XXX, 6004-56-XXX, 6005-56-XXX. The "XXX" is a placeholder for the different draw hand and holster finish codes. |
Safariland S&W 2.0 Competitor | |

| Answer: | As of April 2024, Safariland hasn't released a specific fit for the S&W 2.0 9mm Competitor as it's a newer firearm. Although, We have an untested theory that the current Safariland holsters that fit the 5-inch MP9 2.0 9L CORE may work for the Competitor. Feel free to test this theory and take advantage of our 30-day return policy should we be wrong. |

| Answer: | Of course we can help. There are many options for the Sig Sauer P365X. The two options from Safariland that we recommend are the Safariland Model 19 Schema and the Safariland 7TS 7378 ALS Concealment Holster. Glock 49 Safariland Holster Fit | |
| Question: | Will my Glock 49 fit in a Glock 19 RDS holster from Safariland? |
| Answer: | For an RDS holster, I reccomend purchasing one for the Glock 17 instead of the Glock 19. The Glock 49 has a slide similiar in length to the Glock 17, and on light-bearing holsters Safariland uses a barrel plug to help keep you firearm secure while holstered. |
Glock 43x Holster Fit | |
| Question: | I need a Level I concealment holster that fits my Glock 43x for work. What options are available? |
| Answer: | Thanks for reaching out. There are options for the Glock 43x. Note: Safariland doesn't rate their concealment holsters like they do their duty holsters. Here are some good options for you: Safariland 7378, Safariland 7371, Safariland Solis, Safariland IncogX, Safariland 19, BlackHawk Stache, and the BlackHawk T-Seres L2C. |
Bianchi Model 126GLS Holster Fit | |
| Question: | Will the Bianchi Allusion Pro Fit Assent Holster Model 126GLS fit my Sig Sauer 229 Legion or 229 Pro? Both come with a rail and I plan on installing a Deltapoint. |
| Answer: | The 126GLS is an excellent holster choice. Your firearm should fit without any issues as the 126GLS is optics-ready. Please note, you may have to install the included shim that comes with the holster to ensure a proper fit. | Answer: | Based on the manufacturer part number, the one you ordered is for larger Glock handguns such as model 17 and 19, which is why it was too large for your CR920 (G43x). Of the available Streamlight TLR-6HL lights, CopQuest is only carrying the ones that will fit Glock 43 and Sig Sauer P365 in black; so as long as you select Glock 43 from the dropdown on our Streamlight TLR-6HL listing, you’ll be all set. |

Listen-only earpiece has low audio quality | |
| Question: | My almost-new Earphone Connection listen-only earpiece has very low audio. I have to turn my radio all the way up to hear anything. |
| Answer: | This is very common during warmer weather and is most likely due to fouling of the audio tube by perspiration or build-up of perspiration vapor. The tube can be replaced, or you can use or use canned compressed air to clear the fouling. This is done by separating the audio tube from the transducer (speaker) and forcing compressed air through the tube from the transducer side back out through the earpiece. We have been nearly 100% successful when recommending this. The canned air can be found on Amazon and is the same product that is used for cleaning dust and debris from PC keyboards and other electronics. |
