Safariland DoubleCuff Nylon Red Training Restraints. The Safariland Model 8220-3-35B DoubleCuff™ Nylon Training Restraints (also known as Monadnock DoubleCuff) are a lightweight and effective tool designed specifically for instructional purposes. It has all the same features as the standard DoubleCuff™ but has no locking mechanism. It allows user to control both wrists and ankles. It has a tensile strength of more than 400 lbs. and provides ample space on its 1/2 in. width to write down subject information. When laid flat, they measure 34 in. long. 10 per package.
