ProTech TP-TP17A Double Handcuff Pouch. ProTech's Double Handcuff Pouch fits two pairs of steel or flex handcuffs and features an internal elasticized strap to keep handcuffs in place and an enlarged hook and loop closure and quick pull tab for quick access.
